Escrow Services

Our firm offers Escrow Services for real estate transactions and the use of a dedicated bank account for the deposit of taxes and payments.

How Does It Work?

Prior to the signing of the deed, the notary receives the amount corresponding to the price and holds it until the property transcription in the Real Estate Register. Once the contract has been signed and the property transcription has been made, we will verify the absence of any prejudicial formalities and transfer the money to the seller.

This service guarantees the security of the transaction for both the seller and the buyer and is particularly useful in the case the buyer cannot or does not want to pay the price by a certified check or does not want to make a bank transfer to the seller in advance of the deed signing.

The money will already be available on the dedicated account on the day of the deed and therefore the seller knows that such an amount is actually available; the buyer knows that he has already paid the price on the dedicated current account and that it will be the notary who will transfer them to the seller, after verifying the absence of prejudicial formalities between the signing of the contract and its delivery.

The service can be requested by both the seller and the buyer.
